My patience pays off, Haruto finally realises he likes Yuzuki. This chapter is the aftermath to what happened after Yuzuki suddenly announced that she was returning to Tokyo.

In this chapter, it shows Haruto getting distracted in class because he was recounting the events till now. He was thinking about Yuzuki and got scolded by the teacher as he wasn’t listening. Later on, Haruto met Nanami who ignored him after that slapping incident. Haruto doesn’t give a damn about it as much as he does in the past. Maybe this means that his relationship with her is finally over, I hope. Probably at some point in time, Nanami will again return to the scene and turn the romance into a love triangle. Haruto then rode his bike home when one of its tyres went flat, so he had to walk home. Then, Yuzuki came along riding her bike and noticed Haruto. She told Haruto to get on but unfortunately, the weight proved too much and they fell into some rice padi. The both of them walked home together and unknowingly, Haruto held Yuzuki’s hand. He sort of did it sub-consciously after realising how small they were. He also notices that Yuzuki is cute.

As I thought, Yuzuki handled it pretty well and thanked Haruto after breaking their hold that her hand was warm already. Haruto went along with the flow indicating their relationship is slowly warming up. Yuzuki doesn’t seem to notice that Haruto has started to like her, I think. But she blushes when Haruto held her hand. It’s touching because Yuzuki is finally rewarded.
